Sleeping arrangements: Bedroom with double bed on the upper floor (1.80 m x 2.00 m), bedroom on the ground floor with 2 single beds (each 0.90 m x 2.00 m), wall fold-down bed in the rear part of the living room (1.40 m x 2.00 m).

Location
The holiday home is located on the edge of the village of Cannero Riviera with a beautiful view of the church, the lake, the mountains, and the village. It is just a few steps from the beach, lakeside promenade, boat landing stage, restaurants, shops, and bus stop.
Cannero Riviera is situated in a sunny, sheltered climatic location with a lovely lido on the western shore of Lake Maggiore, opposite Luino. Many hiking and excursion opportunities.

Notes
- There are 35 steps leading up to Casa Brava. Between the ground floor and upper floor there is a narrow spiral staircase. Therefore, it is less suitable for small children and people with limited mobility.
- Gas central heating, satellite TV, mosquito screens, washing machine.
- Bed linen and kitchen/bathroom towels are NOT provided.
- Dogs/pets are not allowed.

Access / Parking
Take the Piedmont lakeside road – Strada Statale 34 – (Locarno, Ascona, Brissago, Cannobio) to Cannero Riviera. Key collection at Agenzia Zanetti, Via Roma 28. Immediately after the agency, turn left toward the center and take Via Capitano Nico Lazzaro (third turning on the right). Continue to the church and park in the public free parking spaces near the church. Walk to the main road (approx. 10–50 meters), cross it, and between the larger buildings you will find a small forecourt with the entrance door to Casa Brava. Walk up 35 steps to reach the house.
