The Ato La Gerbia apartment is located on the eleventh floor (lift up to the tenth floor) and enjoys a wonderful panoramic view over Cannobio, the surrounding mountains, and the lake. The residence offers entertainment for all tastes: take a refreshing swim in the indoor pool (approx. 15 m x 8 m – open from mid-April to early/mid-October), relax in the sauna (for a fee), or have fun with friends playing billiards, table football, and table tennis. Younger guests can enjoy the residence’s playground.

Rooms.The apartment is arranged over two floors as follows:
lower floor: living room, kitchen, WC, and terrace;
upper floor: two bedrooms, bathroom with shower, and terrace.

Sleeping places: two double beds.

Location: The residence is situated in a quiet area and is an excellent starting point for excursions. The Canobina River can be reached in a five-minute walk, ideal for a refreshing swim. A few hundred meters from the residence there is a cycling and pedestrian path, perfect for families. The lively center of Cannobio, with its many shops, bars, and restaurants, is about 1.5 km away and can be reached with a pleasant walk. Cannobio’s lido, with its sports area (tennis courts, beach volleyball, five-a-side football, mini-golf, and an outdoor gym) and its bar, is also within walking distance (about 2 km). Enthusiasts of kitesurfing, windsurfing, catamarans, and sailing will find opportunities at the beach to rent equipment and take lessons.

Access / parking: Strada Statale 34 Lago Maggiore (Locarno, Ascona, Brissago, Cannobio) to Cannero Riviera to collect the keys from Agenzia Zanetti. After collecting the keys, return to Cannobio, drive through the town and, at the bar “Er Michetta 26”, turn left into Via Darbedo. Continue straight ahead for approximately 900 m and turn right into Via Casali Gerbia, immediately after the uphill stretch. After the first bend, keep to the right and reach the Residence parking area. The parking space is located under the arcades, just after the access stairs, and is marked with number 47.
After parking, take the elevator to the tenth floor. Cross the walkway and take the stairs directly in front of you. At the top of the stairs, the apartment Ato La Gerbia will be on your right, marked with number 47.
