Bright and mordern apartment in the hearth of Cannero Riviera with a large terrace and garage.
The La Terrazza apartment, equipped with every comfort and elegantly furnished, is the ideal accommodation for those who want a relaxing and comfortable holiday: given its strategic location in the town centre, it is possible to walk to all the services and attractions of Cannero Riviera. The spacious covered terrace is the perfect place for lunches and dinners with friends.
Rooms:
1. floor: large covered terrace, living room with kitchenette and bathroom with shower;
2. floor: two bedrooms and toilet
underground floor: garage with small storage area
Sleeps: two double beds
Location: the house is located in the town centre, in a quiet area, a short walk from the beach, the lakefront, restaurants and shops. Cannero Riviera is situated on a floodplain below the main road to Switzerland. Various water sports are available in our area and there are good opportunities for excursions in the immediate vicinity.
Special notes:
Bed linen and towels are NOT provided.
The storage area in the garage can be used to store bicycles and other equipment.
The bedrooms cannot be darkened.
Each bedroom has its own walk-in wardrobe.
Rental is from Saturday to Saturday only.
Access/parking:
Take State Road 34 Lago Maggiore (Locarno, Ascona, Brissago, Cannobio) to Cannero Riviera to collect the keys from the agency. Turn onto Via Dante towards the centre/lake. At the stop sign, take Via Nico Lazzaro, continue for about 80 metres and take the first right (Via Opifici). After about 40 metres, at number 12/A, enter the underground garage and park in the garage at the far left. After parking, use the stairs to reach the courtyard leading to the property. Go up the short staircase and enter through the pedestrian gate at the top of the stairs on the left.
