The flat, located on the fourth and fifth floor (with lift) and tastefully furnished, perfectly combines a very central location with an incomparable lake view: both from the balcony and from the solarium-terrace you enjoy a very open lake view with a unique view of the Castles of Cannero.
Prepare yourself for unique sunrises and sunsets on the flat's comfortable balcony: here you can enjoy breakfast, an aperitif or simply admire the view in peace and quiet.

Location: The flat is centrally located on the quiet lakeside promenade of Cannero Riviera. It is only a few steps away from the beach, restaurants and shops in the village. Cannero Rivera lies on an alluvial plain below the main road to Switzerland. Various water sports can be practised in our area and there are good hiking opportunities in the immediate vicinity.

Access/parking: follow the Piemontese road along the lake (Locarno, Ascona, Brissago, Cannobio) up to Cannero Riviera. After the agency Zanetti turn left into the centre and follow this road down to the lake promenade. On your right you will find some parking places. Walk along the promenade toward the ferry port, until you reach a red building next to the "Restaurant Europa". Your flat is located on the 4. floor. Leaving the lift, you will have to descend a couple of steps that will lead you to the flat door, which will be right in front of you. The lat does not have a private parking space, so you will have to park your car in the public car parks in the village, which are located close to the building. For unloading/loading your luggage you can drive to the lakeside (please note that there parking is prohibited!).
