Location: The house is in a quiet location, about 2 km from the centre of Cannero Riviera, where there is the beach, the lakeside promenade, restaurants and shops. The centre of Cannero Riviera can also be reached on foot in about 20 minutes. Viggiona, with its renowned restaurants, is only 3 km from the accommodation. Casa Mia is also the ideal starting point for excursions into the nearby mountains. The small, but well-kept garden invites you to relax in the sun, while the porch and covered balcony provide a shady setting. Due to its location on the first hill, the accommodation enjoys a more pleasant temperature in summer.

Access: State road 34 Lago Maggiore (Locarno, Ascona, Brissago, Cannobio) to Cannero Riviera to hand over the keys at the Zanetti Agency. Take the road in front of the office that goes up towards Trarego Viggiona. Continue for about 1.3 km and at the hairpin bend take the road to the right (signposted ‘strada vecchia per Viggiona’). Continue for a further 200 m, and on the left, after a parking area for several cars, take the stone-paved road. The private car park is found by turning right under the grape arbour. Continue on foot for a few metres and enter through the tiny property gate on the right.
