Villa Maggiore is a detached, elegant 7-room house in a sunny location with lake access. In 2015, the large house was completely renovated and tastefully refurnished in a modern style.
Villa Maggiore offers you unrestricted privacy and is characterised by its approx. 300 m² of living space and its approx. 8,000 m² of land. The villa offers numerous parking spaces within the enclosed grounds. At the foot of the property, only the main road divides it from the nearby natural beach (private beach of Villa Volpi - shared use permitted except for the jetty).
The elegant house extends over 2 levels.
Rooms:
1st floor: entrance area, living room with 2 terraces, eat-in kitchen, guest WC, 2 walk-through rooms one of them with bathroom;
Ground floor: living room with access to the garden, 2 bedrooms, bathroom and laundry room.
Sleeping accommodation: 3 bedrooms with double bed and 1 walk-through room with pull-out sofa bed for 2 people.
Location: The villa is located in the municipality of Ghiffa in a prime location on the western shore of Lake Maggiore. The two smaller towns of Ghiffa and Oggebbio with good restaurants and pizzerias can be reached by car in 3 minutes, Verbania with a wide range of supermarkets, ice cream parlours, restaurants, bars, pharmacies, a wide range of shops, cultural offerings, access to the ferry, churches and much more can be reached by car in approx. 10 minutes.

- High chair and baby cot on request.
Access/car parking: follow the state road 34 from Lake Maggiore (Locarno, Ascona, Brissago, Cannobio) to Cannero Riviera for the key collection at the Zanetti agency, in Via Roma 28, then continue to Ghiffa for about 7 km. After Villa Volpi turn right into a gate on the main road and then drive up until you reach a second white gate on the right. Your villa is the first one on the left.
