The property, reached from the private car park via a short flight of steps, is surrounded by a lush garden and has a balcony and porch, ideal for spending time outdoors.

Bed linen and towels are NOT provided. WiFi NOT provided.

Rooms: living-dining room, kitchen, balcony and bathroom with shower on the upper floor; two bedrooms, porch and bathroom with shower on the lower floor.

Places to sleeps: 2 double beds (one king-size).

Location: The property is located a few steps from the church of San Bartolomeo, a quiet and sunny hamlet in the municipality of Cannobio. The public beach can be reached on foot in about 10 to 15 minutes from the accommodation; an underpass near the public car park on the main road allows you to reach it safely. There is a small grocery shop in San Bartolomeo and it is a good starting point for walks. The lively centre of Cannobio, with its many bars, restaurants and shops, is about 3 km away.

Access/parking: Follow State Road 34 Lago Maggiore (Locarno, Ascona and Brissago). After crossing the border, after about 800m take the road going uphill on the right (signposted S. Bartolomeo). In order to make this turn at best, we advise you to continue to the next car park (about 50m) so that you can turn your car around and take the road in the right direction. After taking the turning for San Bartolomeo stay on the main road for about 1km until you reach the church square. Here, along the road on the right-hand side and opposite the public car parks, you will find your parking space delimited by a chain. Access to your property is via the steps at the side of the car park. Use the code provided by the agency to open the key box.
