Sunny holiday apartment with balcony, completly renovated and furnished with modern furniture on the uppermost floor (2nd) of a centrally located, sunny building, street nearby. Private parking space on the parking lot behind the building. Beautiful panoramic view over the lake and the ruins of the water castle "Castelli di Cannero".

Rooms: living room with built-in kitchen and balcony, bedroom with romantic balcony, bathroom with shower. 

Places to sleep: bedroom with double bed and sofa bed in the livingroom. 

Location: the apartment lies in a very sunny and central position, only a few footsteps from the lido, promenade, restaurants, cafès, supermarket and butchershop. The entrance is on the main road, but the apartment lies in the direction of the see on two sides and only on one side to the street. Cannero Riviera is situated on the right lakeshore in a sunny and mild climatic position and its beautiful lido allows for many water sports. The village offers in its surroundings unlimited walking and hiking possibilities.

Access/parking: Piemontese lakeshore drive (Locarno, Ascona, Brissago, Cannobio) until Cannero Riviera. After the agency Zanetti, about 30 metres to the left, you will see an apartments building; the apartment lies on the second floor. The parking space is on the public parking lot behind the building. Access from “Via Dante” (in the direction of the village center). The parking space is the last one on the lake side evidenced in yellow.
