Location: the apartment is on the ground floor and can be reached by a stone staircase from the state road 34. The property lies 5 km from Cannero Riviera and 2 km from Cannobio, where you can find bars, cafes and restaurants on the car-free lakeside promenade and all shopping facilities and weekly market. The bus stop is nearby.

Access/parking: State Road 34 of Lago Maggiore (Locarno, Ascona, Brissago, Cannobio) until Cannero Riviera for the key handover. From Cannero take the round back in the direction of Cannobio for about 4 km. At the bus stop on the right is the private parking space. Cross the road and climb the stairs (house number 23). The entrance is through the terrace.
