The flat, located on the lower floor (35 steps) of a semi-detached house on hillside, offers a breathtaking view of Lake Maggiore, is equipped with a parking space and a terrace in the garden where you can spend quiet days in the open air.
Rooms: living room with modern kitchenette, double bedroom and bathroom with shower.
Places to sleep: bedroom with double bed.
Position: the flat is located in Ronchi di Viggiona and is between Cannero Riviera, where there are shops, restaurants and the beach and Viggiona well-known for its restaurants. The area offers good possibilities for excursions.

Access/parking: Follow the main road "Statale 34 Lago Maggiore" (Locarno, Ascona, Brissago, Cannobio) to Cannero Riviera. In front of the Zanetti Agency turn right towards Trarego Viggiona. After the sixth bend on the right you will see the sign "Contrada Ronchi". Park your car near the sign and walk up the stairs to the door on the first floor.
