Modern flat with a beautiful garden, just a few steps from the lake.
The stylishly furnished flat is located on the second floor of a two-family house near little public beaches which can easily be reached on foot.
The sunny garden behind the house, with its shadow pergola, its quiet sunny meadow for sunbathing, is so lushly planted and invites you to spend relaxing days outdoors.
Rooms: living room with kitchenette and balcony, bedroom with double bed, bathroom with shower.
Sleeping places: Bedroom with double bed and composable sofa bed in the living room.
Location: the property is located in Barbé, a hamlet of the municipality of Oggebbio, a few steps from little public beaches and a bus stop. Public and free parking is located along the main road.

Access/car parking: State road 34 of Lake Maggiore (Locarno, Ascona, Brissago, Cannobio) to Cannero Riviera to pick up the keys at the Zanetti agency in Via Roma 28. Continue to Oggebbio for about 2.5 km until you reach "Trattoria La Cascata", located along the road. Park your car in the public car park along the road and take Via Arezzo, which is on the left of the trattoria. The building is right in front of you. Climb up the stairs on the left.
