In this historic villa with the finest modern confort the holiday feeling is felt from the first minute and you immediately feel comfortable.
Location: the house is directly on the lake promenade with absolutely privacy, only a few steps from the beach, restaurants and alimentary shop. Cannero Riviera lies on the right hand shore in a sunny and protected climatic position and the beautiful beach allows many water sports. From the village extends a net of hiking paths in all directions.
Reservation possible only weekly from saturday to saturday. Payment directly to the owner: Security deposit € 2000 (due with the final rental payment), Down payment 30% at the reservation and final payment 8 weeks befor the arrival date.
Comments:
Bed linen and towels are furnished.
Pets not acceptet.
Smoking is not allowed inside the villa.
On Wednesday the house is cleaned and the garden is maintained.
