Location: far from noise and in midst of woodlands lies this rustico, which is ideal for people who seek quietness and relaxation. Cannero Riviera can be reached by car in 10 minutes, where  you can find restaurants, bars, grocery shops, the promenade and a very well kept beach area.
Cannero Riviera lies on the right hand shore in a sunny and protected climatic position and the beautiful beach allows many water sports. From the village extends a net of footh paths in all directions.

Access/parking: follow the Piemontese road along the lake (Locarno, Ascona, Brissago, Cannobio) up to Cannero Riviera. Always stay on the main road and pass Cannero. After about 1,5 km turn right in the direction of Cassino and then on the third curve turn left in the direction of Ponte. After the third curve you can park on the left side (after the white garden pavillon above the street). Take the footpath under the garden pavillon and following the stone wall of the yellow villa you will find the rustico behind this property. To lock the rustico, please turn the handle up.
