Location: The villa is located in Cassino-Orponte, about 10 minutes from the village of Cannero, its beautiful Lido and various restaurants, bars, grocery store and promenade. Cannero Riviera is situated on the right bank of Lake Maggiore in a sunny and protected climatic position. The beautiful Lido has been awarded the blue flag and offers many water sports possibilities. There are many hiking possibilities around Cannero.

Access/parking: follow the Piemontese road along the lake (Locarno, Ascona, Brissago, Cannobio) up to Cannero Riviera. Always stay on the main road and pass Cannero. After about 1,5 km turn right in the direction of Cassino and then on the third curve turn left in the direction of Ponte. After the third bend you will notice a white garden above the road, a newsstand with madonnina and immediately after you will find the Villa Zanotti. On the left side of the road, just after the villa there is an open space to park your car.
