First floor - double bedroom, which can be reached by the spiral staircase.

Location: the house is situated just before the village of Viggiona, only 5 minutes by foot from restaurants, bars and bus stop. An extensive network of walking and hiking trails overlooks the area, the favourable climatic conditions make the area an attractive for holidays throughout the year.
Cannero Riviera with its beautiful beach is less than 5 km away.

Access/parking: Follow the Piemontese road along the lake (Locarno, Ascona, Brissago, Cannobio) up to Cannero Riviera. Across from the agency Zanetti turn right in the direction of Trarego Viggiona. Drive on the main road up to the tenth bend (two bends before the village). On the tenth bend, take Via Contrada Rodego. Continue until the house number 3, the apartment is on the ground floor going down three flights of stairs.  The parking space is between the garage and the entrance gate.
