Beautifully renovated and lovingly furnished holiday apartment on the top floor of a large rustic with spacious terrace and fantastic lake view, balcony, large garden with typical vegetation and another terrace facing the lake. All rooms have a lake view. 

Rooms: live-in kitchen, livingroom (bunk bed), bedroom with shower. Balcony and terrace. 
Places to sleep: bedroom wth double bed + French bed in the livingroom.

Pets accepted.

Location: sunny and quiet position with view over the mountains and the lake, only a few minutes from restaurants, bars, alimentary shop and numerous hiking paths. Cannero Riviera is about 7 km from the house and his beautiful beach allows many water sports.

Comments:
Gas central heating, TV, radio/CD player, electric espresso machine, water jets.
On the terrace there is lounge furniture, covered by a pavilion, a large dining table and chairs, from where a staircase leads into the garden, a wooden deck with Acapulco armchairs, a lounger and a small table.
The house is located at the end of Trarego and is therefore very quiet. Hiking and walking trails are directly adjacent or lead past. 

Access: Piedmont lakeside road (Locarno, Ascona, Brissago, Cannobio) to Cannero Riviera. Opposite the agency Zanetti turn right towards Trarego Viggiona. Stay on the main road. Cross Trarego and follow the road in western direction (Passo Piazza/ Sant´Eurosia, narrow road) uphill for about 200 meters. Your apartment is on the second floor in the first house after the fork. There is a parking possibility 10 m in front of the house, further public parking places are approx. 200 m away (after the pension La Perla on the right side) well attainable.
As the road is very narrow, 2 m wide, please check the passage first.
