Nice apartment on the ground floor of a bi-family-house with a beautiful ample terrace and parking right at the house . Sunny and very quiet position with fantastic lake view.
Rooms: living room with kitchen area, bedroom and shower.
Places to sleep: bedroom with double bed.
Location: the apartment lies in a quiet neighbourhood, only about 4 km from the town centre (30 minutes by foot). Cannobio offers a beautiful promenade with restaurants, cafès und shops and the pebble beach and large sunbathing meadow invite you to stay and relax all day long. The open street market every Sunday along the promenade is a well-known and appreciated attraction. The medieval town of Cannobio is only a few kilometres from the Swiss border away.

Access/Parking: State Road 34 of the Lago Maggiore (Locarno, Ascona, Brissago, Cannobio) until Cannero Riviera for the transfer of the keys. From Cannero take the road back in the direction of Cannobio for about 4 km up to Carmine. After restaurant Del Lago go straight on until the parking on the right and then turn left in Via Alla Traversa (Strada Privata). Go straight on and on the 7th curve right until the end of the street where is the parking directly at the house. The house is the last one on the right (house number 24a). The entrance to the appartement is on the ground floor from the terrace.
