The beautifully renovated house is situated in a romantic garden with a wonderful lake view. On the inside awaits you Italian flair with tasteful furniture and the terrace invites you to relax outdoors.
Rooms:
Ground floor: living room with kitchen area, bedroom and shower.
1st floor: one bedroom.
Places to sleep: bedroom with double bed and bedroom with double bed and single bed + extra bed.

Location: the house is in the village of Cannero Riviera, only a few steps from the beach, promenade, restaurants and shops. Cannero Riviera lies on the right hand shore in a sunny and protected climatic position and the beautiful beach allows many water sports. From the village extends a net of footh paths in all directions.

To get to the house you have to walk up stairs for about 70 m.

Access/parking: follow the Piemontese road along the lake (Locarno, Ascona, Brissago, Cannobio) up to Cannero Riviera. Just after the Agency Zanetti turn left towards the center and then turn right into “Via Nico Lazzaro” (third crossing on the right). Continue until the Church and park your car in one of the available public parking space near the church. Walk up towards the main road (about 50 meters) and cross over. Go through the iron gate, which you will find just before the large yellow house with the small front garden (number 1), follow the steps until you reach the second house on the left (30 meters). The parking area in front of the house (off the state street) is suitable only for a small car.
