Mansard apartment on the third floor (without lift) of a multi family house on the lake promenade. Covered parking place ca. 100 metres from the house. Fantastic lake view.
Rooms: entrance, living room with kitchen area, bedroom, shower and storeroom. Private covered parking space.
Places to sleep: bedroom with double bed and sofa bed in the livingroom.
Location: the apartment is in the center of the village, directly on the lake promenade, only a few steps from the beach, restaurants and shops.
Cannero Riviera lies on the right hand shore in a sunny and protected climatic position and the beautiful beach allows many water sports. From the village extends a net of footh paths in all directions.

Access/parking: Piemontese lake shore road (Locarno, Ascona, Brissago, Cannobio) till Cannero Riviera. Just after the agency Zanetti turn left towards the lake, on Via Oddone Clerici (4. turn on the left) turn left. After ca. 100 m turn right into the last parking lot; here is situated the entrance of your covered parking space (the first on the right side). At the exit of the parking lot turn right on the foothpath and then left (Via del Lauro) till the house No. 22, cross the hall and take the stairs to the top floor. The apartment is the last one on the left side.
