Recently renovated ample and light flooded apartment on the second floor of an antique house with direct lake access. Two small balconies (0.96 x 6.40 m and 0.94 x 9.00 m) invite you for a romantic breakfast with fantastic view over the lake. About 1,8 km from Cannero Riviera.  Ideal for water sports.

Position: The apartment lies about 1,8 km from the centre of Cannero Riviera, where you find restaurants, bars, promenade, bakery and an alimentary shop. It lies on the fringe of Cannero in the direction of Cannobio, below the state street, in a sunny position directly on the lake, in front the "Castelli di Cannero".
Cannero Riviera lies on a delta below the lake shore road. There are many water sport possibilities and countless hiking paths into the surrounding woods and up the mountains. Fantastic and not to be topped view over the lake and the "Castelli di Cannero".

Access/Parking: State Road 34 of the Lago Maggiore (Locarno, Ascona, Brissago, Cannobio) until Cannero Riviera for the transfer of the keys. From Cannero take the road back in the direction of Cannobio for about 1,8 km. At the restaurant Ca` Bianca (closed) turn right und continue to the first parking areal left after the gate, park on the left side. For unloading you can proceed until the house below on the lake. The entrance to the apartment is the last one, the apartment lies on the top floor.
