1. PRICES The prices are per night for a period of one week or more and include all supplementary costs. In some cases it is possible to rent some of our rental objects for shorter periods than one week after a price agreement with our agency. The objects are completely furnished, but (if not otherwise indicated) bed linen, towels and kitchen linen are not provided; they have to be brought by the client.
2. PAYMENT MODALITIES
Down payment: The reservation will be accepted with written confirmation on part of our agency, in which a down payment of 30% will be requested with bank transfer to: Marlis Zanetti Intesa San Paolo Spa Cannero Riviera IBAN: IBAN IT91Q0306945260100000001664 SWIFT/BIC: BCITITMM
The payment of the down payment implies automatically the acceptance of all conditions indicated in the present document.
Balance: The balance has to be paid on arrival, but can also be paid with bank transfer on the above mentioned account within 2 weeks before arrival.
TOURIST TAX: The tourist tax (per person per night) has to be paid at your arrival in our office.
3. CANCELLATION In case of cancellation of the reservation the down payment will be retained as penalty. If the clients decide to leave earlier or arrive later than the reserved period, there will be no reimbursement or discount.
4. DELIVERY OF KEYS The keys will be handed over on arrival after 3 PM in our office: Agenzia Zanetti, Via Roma 28, 28821 Cannero Riviera (main road Ascona – Verbania) and must be returned until 9.30 AM on departure. Should the agency be closed, please deposit the keys in our letterbox to the left of the entrance door.
5. RECLAMATIONS Please bring any problems or malfunctions in the rental object to the attention of the agency on the first working day of your stay. The agency will try to resolve the problem as soon as possible.
