Lovely little house with garden and small balcony with lake view in the charming hamlet of San Bartolomeo.

The property is the dependence of a main house (common access). Reachable only on foot, the cottage has a parking space in the village (about 500 m from the property). Surrounded by a well-kept, lush garden, partly shared with the main house and screened from it by a fence and hedge, it has a small balcony from which to enjoy a charming lake view. Tastefully furnished, it is ideal for those looking for an accommodation immersed in the tranquillity of the sunny village of San Bartolomeo.

Location: the house lies in the village of San Bartolomeo, a quiet and sunny hamlet in the municipality of Cannobio. The public beach can be reached on foot in about 10 minutes from the accommodation; an underpass near the public car park on the main road allows you to reach it safely. There is a small grocery shop in San Bartolomeo and it is a good starting point for walks. The lively centre of Cannobio, with its many bars, restaurants and shops, is about 3 km away.

Access/parking:  Follow State Road 34 Lago Maggiore (Locarno, Ascona and Brissago). After crossing the border, after about 800m take the road going uphill on the right (signposted S. Bartolomeo). In order to make this turn at best, we advise you to continue to the next car park (about 50m) so that you can turn your car around and take the road in the right direction. After taking the turning for San Bartolomeo stay on the main road for about 1km until you reach the church square. Here, we recommend you to unload your luggage. The car should then be moved and parked in the private car park of the property, which is located along the road before the wash house. 
Take the small road to the left of the church on foot; after a few metres the asphalt will give way to a cobbled pedestrian path. Use the pictures to reach the little house (about 250m from the church). Use the code provided by the agency to open the key box, located to the left of the pedestrian gate of the property.
