Villetta Holzwarth is a single-family house with terrace and beautiful garden, which invites to stay outside to relax and enjoy.
Rooms: livingroom with large balcony, kitchen area and sittingplace, 2 bedrooms (1 with small balcony), bathroom with bath tub and storeroom.
Places to sleep: bedroom with double bed and single bed, bedroom with double bed.
If required, a folding bed can be added for a child
Location: the house is situated just before the village of Viggiona, only 10 minutes by foot from restaurants, bars, alimentary shop and several hiking paths. Cannero Riviera is about 5 km from the house and his beautiful beach allows many water sports.

Access/parking: Follow the Piemontese road along the lake (Locarno, Ascona, Brissago, Cannobio) up to Cannero Riviera. Across from the agency Zanetti turn right in the direction of Trarego Viggiona. Keep on the main road up to the ninth curve (two curves before the village). Immediately after this curve turn right down an unpaved road which is the entrance to your house. You can park your car on the property.
