Romantic and pleasant newly built attic apartment located on the top floor (third) of a house located in a sunny and panoramic position, near the main road. Private parking and fantastic panoramic view over the village of Cannero and the lake.
Rooms: Terrace to the north, living room with kitchenette and large balcony, two bedrooms and bathroom with shower.
Sleeping places: two bedrooms with double beds and a sofa bed in the living room.
Location: the apartment lies in a very sunny position, only a few footsteps from the lido and less than 500 m from the town centre, promenade, restaurants, cafès, supermarket and shop. Cannero Riviera is situated on the right lakeshore in a sunny and mild climatic position and its beautiful lido allows for many water sports. The village offers in its surroundings unlimited walking and hiking possibilities.

Access/parking: follow the Piedmontese road along the lake (Locarno, Brissago, Cannobio) up to Cannero Riviera to receive the keys by Agency Zanetti. Then continue on the main road towards Verbania until you reach the house number 14. Turn right into the parking area and park on the first parking on your left. Then climb the stairs on the left of the house to the top floor, mansard, where the apartment Casa Rosa is located.
