Vacation in another epoch in an authentic and original villa of the 19th century with a magnificent park (ca. 9.500 qm property space) and beautiful lake view. The villa (ca. 300 qm living space) inside has only antique furniture. Far from traffic and noise and in harmony with the lake and nature is this villa the ideal place for nature lovers to find quietness and relaxation.
Rooms: living room, dining room, eat-in kitchen, laundry room, 5 bedrooms, 2 bathrooms and WC.
Places to sleep: 2 bedrooms with double bed, 1 bedroom with 2 single beds (joinable) and 2 bedrooms with one single bed each.
Pets accepted.
Location: absolut quiet and romantic hillside position inmidst nature. The property can be reached only on foot (10 min. from the parking area).

Reachable only on foot (10 minutes from the garage).
The mattresses are new.
No heating.
Access/parking: Piemont lake shore road (Locarno, Ascona, Brissago, Cannobio, Cannero) to Oggebbio. After the restaurant “Lago” turn right in direction Gonte und follow the road. After the cemetery and the small bridge turn right and immediately left till the public parking area of the fraction Piazza. Your garage lies to the left ot the footpath in front of the parking area. Follow the path, pass Erbaluna (B&B) until you reach the last property.
