Location: the apartment lies in a sunny position.
The center of Verbania Intra is about 6 km away and this is the next bigger town with many attractive shops and a large weekly street market.

Access/parking: follow the Piedmontese road along the lake (Locarno, Ascona, Brissago, Cannobio) up to Cannero Riviera to collect the keys by the Agency Zanetti in via Roma 28 and then keep to the main road up to Ghiffa. In Ghiffa, right in front of the hotel Ghiffa, turn right in the direction of Ronco (road with cobblestone) and drive to the Hotel Medical & Spa "Novessentia", which lies on the left (1 km from hotel Ghiffa to hotel Novessentia in Ronco). 
Enter the parking lot of the hotel, marked with a white on blue P parking sign and drive until you reach the locked metal gate and open it with the black fob provided. Turn left and park on the parking space no. 14 of apartment C41. 
Go back to the entrance gate where on the wall there is a red PANORAMA sign. Ignore the two white doors on your left and walk all the way to the far wall. There is a third door (it is not visible until you reach it). Walk the corridor (use a flashlight). Turn right at the wall and then immediately to your right is an elevator (do NOT continue to the reception of the old closed hotel). Activate the elevator by using the smallest key provided. Go to the 4th floor. Exiting the elevator the apartment is on the left.
